Due to the nature of customized goods, we cannot accept returns for products personalized on our site unless
either the product itself or the decoration is misprinted, materially flawed, or defective. In these cases we will be
happy to replace the defective products free of charge or they may be returned for a full refund. Please contact us
within 30 days of receipt to request an exchange or refund.
